Very specious room at good prices. Every detail, the service was impeccable and the staff were eager to help. Magnificent view of atrium. Smooth check in and late check out. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. An interesting place for exploring Richmond. We were upgraded to suite on check in. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.
The street itself was noisy.

the bathroom was fine, with a separate shower. for dinner we chose mocha, that was 400 metres from the hotel. we were very close to such places as richmondshire museum. it truly was a great experience.
